New puppies!

Ruby's pups arrived on the 27th of November which was 2 days earlier than expected. Last time Ruby's gestation was 63 days and this time it was 61. Rubes went into labour in the early morning and we stayed up all night with her again. We were shattered but chuffed by the following morning. And I'm sure Ruby is pleased to not be pregnant - she was enormous this time and seemed a bit over it all by the end. We worked on giving her excellent meals - Suzy has been cooking up special mince meals and stews. She is in great condition which will hopefully mean she has plenty of milk for the pups. They are all nursing well and pretty much the most beautiful creatures ever born.
